Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy is tailored to your unique needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well being.
Single session therapy (SST)
Single session therapy offers a focused, one to one 90 minute space designed to help you address a specific concern or difficulty in a single, structured conversation. It provides an opportunity to explore what’s going on for you, gain clarity, and identify practical steps you can take moving forward. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re seeking immediate support, feel stuck on a particular issue, or prefer a brief, solution focused experience tailored to your needs.
Coaching
Coaching offers a focused, forward looking 50 minute space designed to help you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take practical steps toward the life you want. In a counselling informed context, coaching supports self awareness while emphasising action, accountability, and personal development. It can be particularly helpful if you feel stuck, are navigating change, or want to build confidence and direction, with sessions tailored to your individual aims and strengths.
MOT
Wellbeing MOT sessions offer a dedicated 90 minute one to one space to check in on your overall mental and emotional health. Much like a regular tune up, this session is designed to reflect on how you’re doing, identify any areas of strain or imbalance, and consider what might support your wellbeing moving forward. It can be helpful as a standalone session or as a regular check in, providing space to pause, reset, and maintain a healthy sense of balance in your life. Think of MOT as a monthly check-in for your mind. It’s ideal if weekly therapy feels like too much, but you still want steady support—helping you stay grounded, reflect on life, and keep your mental wellbeing in good shape.
Therapy process:
We offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to gain from the process. This also gives us an opportunity to see whether we feel comfortable working together
